01What exactly does LiveDemo capture?
For each click, the page’s HTML and styles as they looked just before the click, plus a screenshot used as a fallback. Images and fonts come along so steps render crisp. Scripts are removed, so nothing from your app runs in the demo.
02Do my visitors need to sign up or install anything?
No. They click through the demo right on your page or from your link, on desktop or phone. The extension is only for you, to record.
03How does the AI handle private data?
Rule-based detectors find emails, phone numbers (including Indian formats), card numbers, IBANs, PAN, Aadhaar and SSNs, and blur them. AI proposes sample replacements for names, companies and amounts, the same one on every step. You review every change and can undo any of them.
04What if a page doesn’t capture cleanly?
Tricky areas such as cross-origin iframes or closed shadow DOM are shown as a screenshot of that area. If a whole step fails, it becomes an image step, clearly marked in the editor, and you can re-record from there.
05Which browsers are supported?
Recording works in Chrome and Chromium-based browsers (Edge, Brave, Arc). Demos play in the latest Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari, including iPhone and Android.
06Is the extension on the Chrome Web Store?
The store listing is on its way. Until then, download the extension and load it in Developer mode; it takes about a minute and the steps are in the guide.
07Can I take my demo with me?
